Enforcing a Court Judgment can involve costly fees and there is no point spending even more money if you are unlikely to recover the debt.

The crucial element, before deciding on which option to choose, is to find out what assets the debtor has. We can help you with this. We can undertake much of the investigative work at no cost to you, and anything we do have to pay for we simply ask you to reimburse.

We will then help you make the decision on how to move forward with the collection of the debt and manage this for you. We charge 5% of the value of the amount recovered for our services. If nothing is recovered, you pay us nothing.
