We had been chasing a few invoices from a huge international company that were dragging their heels, one of the invoices was over 150 days old and the others were anything from 60-100 days. We were really struggling to get any dialogue going so we said that if the outstanding balance wasnt paid within a week we would appoint a debt collector.We had used Gary's company before with superb results and it was the same this time. within one business day of us appointed Expert Collections the debt was paid in full.We can't endorse or praise this company highly enough. They get you your money !!

The company operates very productive, they are able to convince even the most difficult clients to fulfil their obligations. The another positive thing is that they cover almost all regions of the world, so there is no necessity for you to involve a lot of difference companies if your debtors are located in different regions.

I was quite worried about sending some outstanding invoices to Expert Collections as I didn't want to damage my relationship with my client... but I couldn't let the situation continue either.Expert Collections were the ultimate professionals. They talked me through every stage and kept me updated regularly.The money was collected and in my account within three working days! Thankfully most of our clients pay their bills! However, we have recently had a need to use Expert Collections to recover invoices on our behalf. After my invoice was completely ignored by a client, I genuinely thought there was no hope of ever recovering the money. I assumed that the process would be too costly to even attempt. This company achieved nothing for my business. Even after courts ruled in my favour multiple times, poor customer service and no updates unless being chased, I found them completely incompetent and clueless. Even when I specifically asked if they wanted the work and was it interesting for them they assured me that they would be happy for the work and then they still did nothing. Very poor company.

After a recommendation I decided to approach Expert Collections on the behalf of a client that was having trouble with an overdue account.
